Cookie Policy

Social uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Here is everything we set and why.

Strictly necessary

• Connect session cookie — set by CosmoOps Connect when you sign in, so you stay signed in across pages and visits. Without it, Social can't tell who you are.

Preferences

• Theme preference — stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember whether you've chosen light, dark, or system theme. Never sent to our servers.

What we don't use

We don't use third-party advertising cookies, and we don't run cross-site tracking. A platform you connect and publish to (YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) may itself set cookies when you visit it directly — those are governed by that platform's own cookie policy, not this one.

Managing cookies

Because the Connect session cookie is required to keep you signed in, blocking it will sign you out of Social. You can clear it at any time through your browser's settings, or by signing out from Social's account menu.
